This study took a combined view of Intercultural competence and understanding the contemporary students. In terms of intercultural competence, students’ attitudes, knowledge, and skills toward different cultures are theoretical domains to evaluate. To understand generation Z, parental bonding, tolerance of uncertainty, and personal values in evaluating different cultures were also investigated. A sequential mixed method design was used to achieve the practical goals of this study.
