Description

A brief description of 10 value clusters of nations is given, a method of understanding cultural differences and similarities which draws upon over 50 years of sociology research. A validation study on this methodology was published by Gupta, Hanges and Dorfman in 2002 (Journal of World Business). Following discussion of the clusters, a brief example of findings from a large-scale student engagement survey is shown and discussed.
