We did this card game at CILMAR's PICLCoP Tool Demonstration workshop. We were assigned to a group of three and discussed each statement should be in which orientation. It was a good chance to practice and get familiar with typical statements/characteristics of the orientations. I think a group of 3-4 is proper - everyone has opportunity to speak and can support each other when someone has questions. Perhaps it would be interesting if each group is asked to add one statement that they think can represent one orientation (or they heard recently).
