The intercultural educational game diversophy®. In a safe gaming environment, it triggers a discussion between players from all over the world, enhances the knowledge and skills needed to communicate successfully with people of other backgrounds, and helps to understand the dynamics of one' own culture.

February 4th: "Finland" game by Kirsti Earl and Kati Cartmell. Those interacting with Finns from abroad or within Finland will learn important values, facts and behaviors needed for successfully interacting with and influencing their Finnish colleagues both in the workplace and in social life.
