32 programs, involving 655 Purdue students, were analyzed to address the following research questions:

  1. To what extent do Purdue spring and winter break programs enhance students’ intercultural effectiveness?

  2. Does intercultural pedagogy training enable program leaders to more successfully mentor students’ mastery of intercultural skills?
