As a result of taking the two free myGiide assessments, the individual will have a profile of their own cultural agility and their hidden value system.   "Cultural Agility" is defined as encompassing the following: tolerance of ambiguity, cultural curiosity, perspective taking, cultural humility, emotional resilience and relationship building. Use of these tools may increase self-awareness and meta-cognition.
