As a result of this activity, participants will be able to: 1. Identify their own Intercultural Conflict Style and reflect on what cultural and personal influences have shaped it. 2. Consider the impact of their Intercultural Conflict Style in personal and professional contexts. 3. Develop comfort level with adapting to other styles. 4. Identify how best to communicate with others who have a different Intercultural Conflict Style than they do.
