The Cross-Cultural Communication Skills Checklist is a great tool for participants to take prior to the start of their program. I personally provided participants with resources for their unknown answers so it was from credible sources. We discussed as a group so they could interact and learn from each other before the program. The checklist provided a lot of great questions about communication I did not think of to discuss with participants and gave a lot of diverse verbal and non-verbal options to culturally consider.
