Early in the workshop, participants were given the two readings that are located in Links, and these were briefly discussed. As indicated in the slide show, they were later given the AAC&U Intercultural Knowledge & Competence VALUE Rubric as a handout, and they were introduced briefly to the domains and the fact that they address knowledge, skills, and attitudes. At the end of the workshop, participants were asked to use the rubric to identify which specific knowledge, skills, and attitudes had been addressed in the workshop activities.
