You may have to help get participants started with the final question, “What else would help you?" to think about who isn’t in the room/diversity of workplace type of question.  Help them go from more obvious points about making diverse people feel included (like the chair; the pictures hung) to more subtle aspects of a workplace (how work is assigned).
