    Leading the "Cultural Worldview Frameworks" session provided deep understanding into the nuances of different cultural viewpoints. Through arranging participants in pairs for comprehensive interviews about various nations, the activity significantly improved cultural self-awareness and stirred curiosity, while also fostering a rich appreciation for diverse cultural outlooks. The detailed handout served as an effective roadmap for the discussions, facilitating engaging dialogue and thoughtful reflection. This adaptable activity is fitting for a wide range of learning environments and encourages significant intercultural engagement.

    This activity was a great opportunity to rethink and relearn about my country and culture. I am currently organizing a short-term study abroad program that focuses on cultural experiences, and one of the outcomes is to identify the differences and similarities between students' own cultures and other cultures. I think this activity is a great activity to have self-awareness and if used as a pre-departure activity, it will help students understand more about themselves before they experience other cultures.

    In the 'Cultural Worldview Frameworks' session I facilitated, participants paired up to discuss and research their perceptions of various cultures, including a deep dive into their own nations. This activity encouraged participants to re-analyze often overlooked aspects of their cultures, such as diversity and economic drivers, using a detailed handout that served as both a roadmap for discussion and a source of structured guidelines. The session proved to be a valuable exercise in self-reflection and intercultural communication. By examining the hidden facets of their own cultures, students gained a more nuanced understanding of what defines their national identity, including diversity and economic factors. This analysis fostered a deeper appreciation for the complexity of cultural identities and highlighted the importance of economic contexts in cultural frameworks. The pairing and discussion format was particularly effective in stirring curiosity and fostering a rich appreciation for the diverse cultural outlooks presented by their peers.
