    As I have mentioned elsewhere (see my review of hubicl tool #155), training interventions that seek to unpack "hidden rules" can be polarizing, even for folks with a lot of experience crossing cultures. With its focus on self-care, this is a much gentler edition of a "golden oldie" method in intercultural training.  It's also very apt to today's pandemic-afflicted world!
