During my facilitation session, I introduced this activity, which was designed to highlight the challenges of having language barriers. This activity proved to be both interesting and insightful for participants. We had a lot of fun as we navigated the task together. As a slight variation, I introduced the additional challenge of learning tongue twisters from each participants' languages. While everyone struggled with this activity, it served as a valuable lesson in the multifaceted nature of communication. Beyond language, we found the importance of body language, hand signals, tone, emotion and many other silent signs in effective communication.
