Description

A total of 5 professional staff members at a research center in a land-grant university were interviewed about their individual struggles and successes in trying to walk-the-walk of inclusion in their day-to-day practice, as well as to build relationships with colleagues in diversity-related positions at that same university. Findings are summarized into themes and the interview protocol is included as an appendix for researchers who might like to launch a similar inquiry.
