As part of the HubICL collection of 2018 CILMAR Seed Grant Awardee presentations, Purdue University’s Center for Learning, Mentorship, Assessment and Research is proud to present this video on Purdue faculty member Dr. Lata Krishnan's CILMAR-funded project, Study Abroad and Intercultural Learning. In her video, Lata takes us on the journey of her own development as a successful mentor of intercultural learning in the study abroad context. She presents data from previous faculty-led short-term programs to Zambia with two different assessments, describes curricular improvements she implemented in response to these data, and explains where this research has led her: to her current study abroad program in India that is the focus of her CILMAR minigrant project.
