Most methods of debriefing an experiential learning experience are pretty darn cerebral. This is what makes the Chiji Processing Dice so fun and unique! They also flip the power dynamic of the debrief as well as randomize it. I love 'em, particularly for tactile and kinesthetic learners, but --at least for me--it did take a little practice to get used to them! As some one who tends to be a more introspective, reflective learner and (possibly) a slightly cerebral debriefer, they remind me that stretching outside my (previous) natural comfort zone as an instructor is a more inclusive way of reaching all learners.
