Intuitive communicators value the communication of global concepts or ideas. They frequently use metaphors and expressions of abstract ideas. They may appear to others to deviate from the topic; other intuitive communicators see the connection, while others may seem baffled.

When I saw Dr. Mick Vande Berg demonstrate this tool in the Fall of 2015, there was only one intuitive member in the group of 20. The person was highly reliant on this style, as it is described above. In my experience of it, the intuitive person found it difficult to describe the intuitive style in a way that detached and attached communicators could understand. My best advice to facilitators is to make sure that you can help to explain the intuitive style to participants with the detached or attached styles before using this tool because the person with the intuitive style may not be able to.
