This intercultural activity on micro-aggressions is a highly effective and impactful initiative for promoting awareness of implicit biases. It is done through a pair conversation with a role card, followed by thought-provoking debriefing discussion. Participants are provided with valuable insights into the subtle yet harmful nature of micro-aggressions. The activity creates a safe space for open dialogue, allowing individuals to share experiences and perspectives, fostering empathy and understanding. This activity not only raises consciousness about these often unnoticed behaviors but also equips participants with practical strategies for recognizing and addressing micro-aggressions in their own lives. Overall, it is an excellent tool for fostering a more inclusive and culturally sensitive environment.
