Choose from appropriate levels: casual, personal, very personal. The facilitator might preselect 5-10 in one or more categories to be less overwhelming.

Another option is to print questions and put in a jar/container for participants in pairs to alternately select at random.

With questions in containers, the facilitator can use this activity for small groups (3-6) and participants can practice active listening while one person is sharing. Others can reflect back what they heard, or name an aspect of connection.
