This activity is related to Autobiography of Intercultural Encounters. That activity asks participants to reflect on an experience that they had with someone who is different from them, while this activity asks them to reflect on an image of someone from a different culture that they encountered in the media. This activity asks participants to think about how that image affected them and reflect on how stereotypes might emerge based on media depictions of various cultures.
