This is a good exercise for examining one's own culture, under the guise of preparing to support an arriving expat or perhaps a refugee family. In that respect it helps cultivate awareness of one's own cultural worldview.  Probably best used for adults in business or humanitarian support contexts or for families who expect to be hosting an exchange visitor (of any age).  Would pair well with the Crossword Puzzle activity (HubICL Tool #19).
