I had the opportunity to experience the Team Tally activity in one of the creator's workshops. I have sort of a love-hate memory of this activity but still thought it worth it to put it in the HubICL Toolbox. As a competitively natured, but introverted participant, I was highly motivated to share in our small group by the incentive of point-keeping but then felt a little deflated in the debrief that I had "put myself out there" when we didn't actually declare "a winner" "because "the points didn't matter." "What was important was getting to know one another." Do others have ideas for de-emphasizing the points but still rewarding the points?
