This 12-question survey instrument is an adaptation of the AAC&U Global Learning Rubric.

Use of this instrument in a formative mode, e.g. with supportive individual or group discussion and feedback from an expert, can help the learner understand attainment of global citizenship as composed of multiple discrete components, as well as identify which of these require more work on his or her part.
