Global learning is different from and has different outcomes, as you will see from the Venn diagram, from intercultural learning & civic engagement. Taken all together, they probably combine into the competency which has been called "global citizenship."   Some intercultural trainers and some diversity trainers see the intercultural/interpersonal skills as a "softer" way to lead persons of privileged background towards both global learning and inclusivity competence.  If you are looking for an instrument which measures all three of these things, by the way, consider the Public Affairs Scale, hubICL tool #281.
