I have used this on the first day our preparation for cross-cultural immersion course and it has been quite a success. It is a great tool to get students thinking about how the culture they're preparing to enter will have a different set of rules than the culture they're coming from, so they need to be aware of that. Since many of our students are starting at zero, this is a great basic activity to start with.
