This activity is related to Images of Others: An Autobiography of Intercultural Encounters through Visual Media. That activity asks participants to reflect on an image of someone from a different culture that they encountered in the media and focuses on how stereotypes emerge through media depictions. This activity asks participants to reflect on an experience that they had with someone who is different from them, focusing on how they felt during the encounter, the similarities and differences between them, and how they might alter their behavior in the future.
