Target Skills Rubric adapted from Association of American Colleges and Universities Creative Thinking and Problem Solving VALUE Rubrics.

The purpose of this approach is to make goals specific with actionable tasks. Additionally, students often need guidance while working through this activity. Encourage them to include deadlines and/or time-frames for completing their tasks.  Goal-setting is an important part of leadership practice and also a way for students to manage the emotional ambiguity of the pre-departure period.
