Unfortunately, Google discontinued this site in 2016, so it is no longer available. As an alternative, we recommend Mapillary. Mapillary works similarly to Panoramio and Google Maps/Google Earth in that it allows individuals to upload geotagged photos that can then be accessed through a map interface: https://www.mapillary.com/
