As a result of this course, participants will be able to: 1. Develop their proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in Italian. 2. Refine their abilities to understand, analyze, and articulate the internal complexity of the Italian worldview, as well as to critically compare and contrast it to their own. 3. Understand the concept of empathy in an intercultural context. 4. Articulate insights into their own cultural background and how it influences their identity, values, and behavior. 5. Develop strategies for self-assessment of their own learning goals.
