This rubric was purposefully created by the authors, by combining elements of a number of the AAC&U Rubrics. Specifically, the Critical Thinking Rubric, the Intercultural Knowledge & Competence Rubric, & the Oral Communication Rubric. The AAC&U encourages "mash-ups" of these open-source rubrics to tailor them to more specific learning contexts.
