As a result of this activity, participants will be able to: "1. Discover the variety of ways in which people differ. 2. Rethink and perhaps redefine the concept of diversity. 3. Examine and reevaluate an individual's strengths and weaknesses both because of and in spite of his or her membership in a particular group. 5.
