Intercultural Communication Edge (icEdge) is a self-assessment and interactive tool to teach you about your own communication style and how to be more effective communicators and leaders across diverse multicultural and/or multinational interaction styles. Thirteen years of research and initial tool development, testing, and statistical validation were conducted by an interdisciplinary research team from University of Waterloo, University of Washington, and University of South Carolina under the leadership of the Duke University Center of International Business Education and Research (CIBER), located at the Fuqua School of Business.
