As a result of this curriculum, participants will be able to: 1. Identify "the history, culture and identities that maintain and reinforce the systems of racism." 2. "Make changes by naming and re-framing, and developing institutional outcomes for addressing and changing the system" (World Trust Educational Services, 2020).
