The conductor of the orchestra does not use words, yet communicates with musicians who play different instruments and leads them to create harmony of the ensemble, a complete unit. These non-verbal communication techniques can be used in virtual teams, in leadership, as well as in everyday life.

Cindy Egolf has experience conducting professional orchestras world wide. Her orchestral conducting style is collaborative by design, encouraging individual creativity within the ensemble as well as the audience.
