I've been using Whistling Vivaldi for years as a reading to supplement the Stereotypes and Generalizations exercises found elsewhere in the HubICL, but had never thought of tying it to critical analysis of websites.  Kudos to the developers from this expert!  This shows why diverse work experiences add value to any team!

The chapter from Claude M. Steele’s Whistling Vivaldi: "How Stereotypes Affect Us and What We Can Do" might have been removed from Downloads.

    Hi, @cristinia.eftimie,

The staff of the Intercultural Learning Hub endeavor to honor the copyright of each author represented in the HubICL. Thus, in general, we do not offer downloads of entire book chapters. Perhaps you could find a free copy of Dr. Steele's book in a library.

Have you read Whistling Vivaldi? I read it at least ten years ago and think about it often.

    Best regards,
    Annette Benson
