The BEVI is a complex instrument with 185 items plus demographics and qualitative items, 17 scales, and numerous subgroup analysis options. Respondents to the BEVI receive an individual narrative report by email after completing the instrument. Only group reports are numeric. The BEVI is licensed through institutional accounts, ranging in cost based on number of administrations per year. Only authorized administrators for the institution (who are trained in the implementation and analysis of the instrument) may access BEVI results and provide group debriefings or written reports of data. See the BEVI website for current pricing structures and training options.
